About me...

Greetings, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist/ Clinical Supervisor in the state of Cali​fornia, working in the field of public service for over 15 years in various capacities as gang prevention counselor for adolescents, substance abuse assessor adults, and Mental Health Clinician. Received my undergraduate education from California State University of Los Angeles and my master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from National University. I have an extensive ​experience counseling at non-profit treatment facilities, school setting and In-Home therapy services, and Private Practice. My work has focused on children and adolescents, children in foster care, family systems, domestic violence/trauma, couples therapy/relationship issues, ethnic minority mental health and LGBTQ clients. I enjoy helping others and connecting with nature on my spare time.​ 

Treatment Modalities include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness-Stress Reduction, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma/PTSD, Grief, Self Esteem, Systems Theory, Women's issues, Domestic Violence, Identity Formation, Personal Growth, Experiential & Existential Approaches, and Marriage Counseling.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist 

Hi, my name is Natalie Reynoso, LMFT.  Graduated from California State University of Los Angeles with a masters in counseling with an emphasis in marriage and family therapy. As a bilingual therapist, my clinical work has focused on providing holistic mental health care, taking into account cultural, family dynamics, spiritual, social-economic, and medical factors that contribute to mental health conditions. My hope is to support individuals, families, and children thrive by identifying and supporting inner strengths. Understanding that in order for families to build resiliency, they need a safe and supportive environment, wanting to provide a safe space to feel heard and supported. My approach is healing-centered and trauma informed. I enjoy drawing, photography, playing with my dog, and surrounding myself with nature.

About me...

I am Regina Woods, a dedicated therapist holding a Master's Degree in Social Work from California Baptist University. My professional journey revolves around serving vulnerable populations, particularly older adults. Through my extensive experience, I've provided essential mental health services and supportive linkages to this demographic, notably as a Crisis Residential therapist.

Beyond my work with older adults, I've also dedicated myself to supporting at-risk youth by connecting them with crucial resources and support systems. Additionally, I've served as a Crisis therapist specializing in aiding survivors of human trafficking, providing compassionate care and guidance during their most challenging moments.

My passion lies in empowering others and advocating for equity and inclusion for all individuals. This commitment drives me to provide comprehensive mental health services and support, reflecting my dedication to making a positive impact in the lives of those I serve.
